We stayed here primarily because it had a hot tub in the room. Jets did not work so it was only a soaker tub and it was in poor condition with peeling acrylic. I went to turn the TV on and the remote did not work. I thought maybe it was a battery issue. I got a couple of batteries from the front desk that were the wrong size. They did not have that size of battery so the employee gave me two other remotes, one of them that we found had had no batteries after opening. The other remote did not work. We finally turned the tv on manually and changed channels manually so wasted about 20 minutes figuring out how to turn on a TV. There was a counter height wet bar that had bar size stools so not even usable. Decor was very dated. Smell of Marijuana in neighboring rooms and super noisy kids on the first floor yet I was done dealing with issues at that point so didn't bother reporting either. Located near a busy intersection so I can't imagine turning left in peak season. We only saw one employee while there so no idea how she could deal with all the issues this place has.

Not bad for the price.

I was here bc my husband was in the hospital and we are feom out of town. The room was a room. It was clean enough, but needed some cosmetic work. Like the paint on the tub was peeling off. The windows were horribly filthy, inside and out. Good water pressure but not very hot water. The beds are old and hard. Bad for my hips. Pillows were like bricks. Breakfast was very sorry. Pre packaged mini muffins and cereal. Not even a fresh toasted bagel.

Overall, not bad.

Although the room was clean, we rented a jacuzzi in suite, room 219, and the jacuzzi needs a new paint job. It looks very dirty. We opted not to use it. The only other proble was the curtains. This room needs new curtains, and hopefull ones that cover the whole window so when the sun shines, its not in your face while your sleeping.

We needed a conveniently located room that would allow pets. This hotel had good reviews and the price was right. Our room was very clean and the staff was very kind and courteous.

Was on the first floor and it was loud. Was told early check in was an extra $30 because housekeeping wasn’t done but after checking in on approval, they were vacuuming in the hallway about an hour later. Bathroom was not handicap friendly. Still had to step inside the tub which is difficult when your handicap with severe ankle injury. The bathtub was old and not very clean; should be replaced. The floor in the room had damp carpet, like it was just shampooed? The complimentary soaps they offered didn’t even lather. It was like washing with a wood chip.

Bad TV/Remote, Jacuzzi clean ?, fireplace?

The Jacuzzi tub needs to be replaced or remodeled. It was very discolored and stained with a dingy darker color that made it look dirty,whither it was or not who knows. The tub had been painted in the past to whiten it but the paint was pealing off in a lot of places and made it look even worse. No way was I going to get in a tub that looked that bad and honestly I was worried about what mold or fungus could be lurking in the jets so no point in even trying it. We wanted to watch some TV But it wouldn't Turn on We tried for quite a while including calling the desk twice to fix it, my husband took the remote down to the desk got the batteries replaced and got the TV to turn on but could not get any channels so ....no TV, Jacuzzi just no thank you,we gave up to go to bed but... the TV was lit up all night. Was supposed to be fixed the next day. TV was turned on and had channels but wouldn't turn off again and the fireplace wouldn't turn on the second night. We stayed here for the Jacuzzi and the fireplace. We had issues with the questionable sanitation of the tub, the nonworking TV both days and then couldn't turn the fire place on the second night. Staff was nice but this hotel room was just plane shoddy and worn out and things just didn't work and we spent a lot of time dealing with all of that. We won't stay here again.
