This updated luxury beach retreat accommodates up to 8 guests with a King in the master bedroom, and an ottoman/chair twin bed, the guest room offers a queen bed with a full loft bed in the guest bedroom, a queen sleeper Sofa in the living room. Holiday Surf 310 is conveniently located on the 3rd floor near the fitness center.

Enjoy the sunrise views over the beautiful beach and sparkling Emerald Green Gulf waters from the open-air balcony, while you sip your morning coffee, watching the dolphins play, or reading your favorite book……however you enjoy your time, Welcome to unit 310 and the beautiful beach!

The tasteful decor incorporates ocean and beach inspirations with all your modern comforts of home. Cool luxury flooring has been installed throughout with Granite counter-tops in the Kitchen and bathrooms and offers dining for six at the table and 3 at the counter bar. You'll find a new 55" TV with a DVD/Blue-Ray Player in the living room and flat screen smart TVs in both Bedrooms,
