I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I was initially placed in an accessible room that I did not request. While the staff did change my room afterward, the replacement room was not in acceptable condition.
The bathtub was visibly stained inside and showed signs of enamel deterioration, which is not only unsanitary but also a potential health hazard due to bacteria buildup. Additionally, there were multiple signs of wear and tear throughout the room that should have been addressed long ago.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
As a Hilton member, I find this experience unacceptable and far below the standard I expect from the brand. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their room inspection and maintenance standards.
