Family accommodation in Cranford

Breakfast was a bit expensive and it was not much. Also we did not know about there should be a booking to get into the indoor pool which we miss the oportunity.

Stayed for one night in a double room with a window. No complaints with anything, the hotel was quiet and clean. The room was a comfortable size for an overnight stay. The air-conditioning worked well and the coloured mood lighting in the room was a nice touch. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room but coffee and tea are available in the hotel and better still the hotel bar looked fantastic. Checking in was fairly simple and checking out couldn't have beeen easier.

Breakfast menu good, plenty of choice

When we arrived to check in the staff were lovely. They explained how the key card system on your phone worked and then escorted us to the building we were staying in, it was raining and the small touch of the umbrella didn't go unnoticed. The room was spacious and clean, we were a family of 4 and had chosen the room with the queen sized bunk beds. We were very impressed and would highly recommend the hotel. The shops and Earls court tube station were a 3 minute walk away. The Natural history museum were in close proximity (about 25 minute walk).

Great choice for single travellers. The rooms are small

Immaculate room, comfy bed. Well stocked minibar, all the essential amenities in the room. Staff are all friendly and helpful
