Conshohocken Hotels with Parking

The beds were comfortable. The room was enormous and the location was excellent although very noisy at night because of traffic. Several things about the hotel are quite rundown. The curtains didn’t open or close properly because they caught on the tracks so my husband had to climb up and sort them night and morning for four days. The bath had considerable limescale staining and the shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The worst thing was how cold the room was. Apparently this was because the hotel heating was in summer mode so the room could only be cool and not heated. We were freezing in there most of the time and it took till our final (4th) night for the hotel staff to bring a heater to us. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were not replenished and when we asked they didn’t arrive or we had to wait a very long time. By the final night we were quite miserable so the hotel did say they would refund us for our final night. So far we haven’t received any of this money despite departing a week ago.

Centrally located, easy to get most places in the city by walking or a short ride

Room was very satisfactory. Super clean, nice modern bathroom. Large room. Only complaint was front desk staff. They were cold, indifferent, and honestly looked like they hated their jobs. Unusual to see folks doing a hospitality job that seemed to hate interfacing with the public. The gentleman, Paul who handled luggage was the only bright light. Super pleasant and nice. Not so at front desk on both occasions, when I dropped my bags and later when I checked in.

Great location. Hotel room clean but dated.
