I didn't like that I prebooked a room at a certain price but when I got there it was more than I expected. They told me because of travigo that the price changed

The first room was very dirty.and smelled. I asked for another room and they accommodated without question. The second room was much better but had a smell to it as well. Possibly carpets should be replaced with flooring that can be cleaned

The staff at the Travel Inn were friendly and courteous. The price for the room was reasonable. The rooms on the whole were clean, the beds were comfortable. The only draw back was that there was no hot water in the bathrooms either in the sink or the shower.

The room had a terrible smell and when we tried to open the door to air it out we found there was no screen on the door. The desk chair was pleather, but all the pleather had peeled off and when my husband sat on it, he fell over backward. I asked if we could have a different room, the manager tried to fix the problems and then decided to give us another room. It didn't smell as bad, but it was still pretty run down.

We had travelled a long way (from Quebec City). Checked in and went for food. When we came back to sleep, we noticed a smell. The place was quite filthy. Stained sheets, floor in washroom broken up with dirt under the board.

We didn't even stay, it was horrible. I was very nervous about the hotel when we pulled up it was very run down and had plywood on a window in the lobby. Took one look at the room they gave us and we couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Our first “non-smoking” room wasn’t. We complained and were given a different room. The parking lot is in very poor shape with a lot of garbage (ie:cigarette butts) lying around. Definitely had to watch the dog when walking.

This could easily be a good low cost option if a bit more care was taken to clean the property around the motel. There was garbage all over the parking lot, broken patio chairs thrown in a pile behind a building in front of motel. The bathtub was dirty and the faucet on the bathroom sink was sideways. Bed was hard as hell and pillows were very firm. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the shower were all empty. I was already in the shower when I realized that or I would have called the front desk.
