The Roma are a little beatb down and the ac doesnt cool properly. Staff is amazing though and the pool is great. Rio Grande mall within two blocks and a lot of restaurant around.

A bartender was rude to my friend. No greetings from the lobby attendant. One elevator not working. Toilet not functioning correctly, keep going back to fix the handle were you flash the water toilet because was getting stuck and making noises. Restroom wall deteriorated. Room looked dirty. Swimming clocked of maintenance. Short staff so they will take for ever to bring your food, drinks and the check. I will not stay there again.

Food and pool area was exceptional. The bar was reasonable but over priced. I was on tne 8th floor my room didnt have a fridge or microwave, that would have made my experience a 10 out of 10.
