Very displeased!

Worst hotel stay ever. It was over 30 degrees C and there was no Air Conditioning and therefore could not sleep at all. I would like the money back for our room. The other 2 rooms I booked for my family had A/C and there were not as displeased as I was. The place was decrepit and I will not ever stay there again. The staff was not helpful at all. The first room they gave us had no A/ C and we asked for another room. The second room did not have A/C either. It was a horrible night.

The place would of been perfect. It was clean, and the staff are excellent. Especially with that Filipina staff who helped us moved to a better room cuz the Air conditions was not working in couple rooms. And one looks like still in under renovation.

The bed was clean, as for the rest of the property- absolutely in need of a major overhaul!! The hotel should be shut down until it doesn’t smell like bug spray, the windows in the rooms don’t open properly, we were offered a fan, which we propped in front of the window to allow fresh air, mold on the shower ceiling etc…

Hotel needa alot of fixing up. Whoever owns the hotel seems to be more interested in making money but do nothing to fix the place up. We stayed in rooms on the 3rd floor. Some people on the 4th floor were checking out due to bedbugs. Overall the rooms were clean ansld and comfortable beds. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in need of a major makeover. Won't be staying there again.

The overall hotel is in major need of a face-lift both inside and out! I booked two rooms with a kitchenette. Upon arrival our rooms had portable air conditioners with fans to blow the air around. The build in air conditioners didn’t work. The kitchenettes had no dish soap or scrubbies to wash the dishes. When i inquired at the front desk was told they had no dish soap. Not sure how they clean the dishes used by their guests. Beds were comfortable and overall rooms were clean. Run down and dated but overall okay. We paid 600 total for each room. Whoever brought the hotel needs to put the $ into fixing the place up.

A chunk of the ceiling was hanging off in my bedroom, the wallpaper was coming off, there were multiple water damaged areas of the baseboards and ceiling, there was a raw chunk of drywall that had been bolted over what I can only assume was a collapsed part of the ceiling. This hotel is a health code violation, unsafe, and a disgusting embarrasment. People should not be allowed to stay here. Fix your hotel or close!

All lights in the hallway were flickering or burnt out. Halls also clearly hadn’t been vacuumed…ever? Room floors were stained, exposed wires and holes in the ceiling. Yuck.

Gave it a chance after reading some unpleasant reviews. The reviews were correct. Room, bathroom, property all in rough shape. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place needs some work, was probably really nice when it first opened. Has potential but needs a full Reno and deep clean.

Our room had no AC, the fan didn’t work, no toilet paper, it had mold in the shower and vanity. The restaurant wasn’t open on time and we were told we could only have limited items at the contnential breakfast (ie either yogurt or cereal). Either coffee or juice. It was dirty, the hallways were very dark, our lamp was missing a bulb (electrocution hazard), and we had to go ask at the desk for multiple things. They wouldn’t move us. Not good experience or value for $. Would not recommend or stay again.
