Excellent stopover on way from Banf to Vancouver

Nice hotel in good location. Short walking distance from Fish restaurant and super market.

The room was just okay for the price. The room had a window air condition unit. The window stayed open because the air condition pipes needed to be put in the window. With the window open we had more noise. Near the lake at a walking distance.

I had to enter from the underground parking, which was unlit dark and very scary, I honestly did not feel comfortable leaving my car. I put as many things as I could hidden so no one could see them from outside. The carpet in front of the elevator was so filthy. It was disgusting and the room was OK but I was very disappointed. I thought it would be much prettier.

It was ok for me but I was really only there to sleep before heading out in the morning. It appears to be an older hotel so things aren't in pristine condition anymore, but my room was clean and the bathroom and television worked which is all I really required.

I liked the room.It is not so expensive, however it is clean and tidy. Easily accessible to the lake and market. Parking is also free. It’s overall good experience.

Arrived on sunday, no housekeeping till wed, after i went to front desk 2x to ask, then no show friday and saturday. no food options even tho they advertise an onsite cafe. AC was a portable in window with hose. place needs some serious work

This is a very dated property, feels old. Has so much potential because of it's close proximity to the lake. Invest some money into it and it would be wonderful.

the room that we had at first has a water leaking . heard the staff talking with the manager that its the same thing happen from last time. it happens in the middle of the night that we need to move out and go other room. manager promised to give a 30 $ discount .
