This is a very dated property, feels old. Has so much potential because of it's close proximity to the lake. Invest some money into it and it would be wonderful.

the room that we had at first has a water leaking . heard the staff talking with the manager that its the same thing happen from last time. it happens in the middle of the night that we need to move out and go other room. manager promised to give a 30 $ discount .

Photos need to be updated. This hotel needs lots of work. Dirty carpets, lots of duct tape, broken AC's, fridges that freeze everything, loose tea bags, filthy underground, moldy bathrooms, spa is closed, exercise room is closed, continental breakfast is not covered and not refrigerated or on ice.

No AC hotel did not care

Ac did not work at all in room. No fans and windows did open but tons of spiders on outside that kept coming in when it was open. Told desk about it no offer to reduce amount paid or even refund my 12 dollars for parking even. Definitely disappointed that they didn’t try to do anything to make up for my experience

It was a bed to sleep on. Place doesn’t have AC, they brought us a mini portable one that barely made the room cool. Other then that the place was ok

The bed was semi comfortable and clean. New flooring in suite. The fridge had mold in it, the windows were dirty and the air conditioning was unreasonably loud and inefficient. They promptly brought up a fan which was equally loud and inefficient. I should have listened to the reviews. The state of the hotel is desperate

This hotel was our first accommodation from the long drive so we checked in late but the receptionist in charge checked us in smoothly. The receptionist was accommodating about parking as well. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. I was looking forward for the indoor hot springs but it wasn’t available upon our stay. Good location and good pricing still!
