Nice room, with fully stocked kitchen, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher. Had desk and recliner. As we were only there one night due to a cancelled air flight, would have appreciated a breakfast option. Close to airport with free shuttle!

The hotel staff was absolutely terrible. Not friendly. Had a hard time checking in because the first name was under Cindy and her driver's license was Cynthia but the last name was the same. We'll never stay there again and would not recommend it to my worst enemy

Their airport shuttle was easy to miss because it is contracted through "Park N' Jet". It says park n jet in large advertisement on the shuttle but the Sonesta logo is really small. I missed the shuttle several times and was waiting for 45 minutes. They did send an email saying to use the park n jet shuttle, but they should have a bigger logo and a more dedicated shuttle. The guy working the desk was really nice and they were responsive when I called to ask about the shuttle.

I was stuck after my flight was cancelled. The room was a comfortable refuge after a long day. I appreciated the airport shuttle and coffee. There are few to no restaurants within walking distance. I got my breakfast at the 7-11, though the hotel offers a good range of microwaveable foods on site.

This was an ok stay overall. I stayed for 3 days for a workshop and it was in the city so distance between hotel and convention was far. We are talking 40-45 minutes by uber depending on traffic to the city. The kitchen section in my suite was clean. The only thing I couldn’t get past the smell of the room. Poor upkeep on the mop head/or cleaning cloths. Whatever was used to clean the floor really had a terrible odor. There is not much around this hotel other than a gas station. So I would make sure to have a rental to drive if you are planning to stay here. Shuttle service from airport and hotel vise verse was on point and hassle free! 12 minutes away from airport can’t be that.
