Prompt check-in even at 10pm at night. Clean air conditioned room Prompt room service Decent breakfast buffet Very conveniently located next to Terminal 3 Would stay again if I had a next day connecting flight.

At first, I was a little skeptical staying at a transit hotel but since my flight landed at 1am and had a 12 hour layover I NEEDED somewhere to stay and sleep. This hotel is awesome and the beds/pillows/blankets were so incredibly comfortable. the shower and bathroom were clean and very spacious!! Will stay again on my next trip.

Very nice brand new hotel. Very clean. There is so many elevators never had to wait. Check in and check out was quick. The room was small but functional. Blackout blinds made it easy to sleep. There is about 21 tv channels. About a 4 mins walk to telok ayer station or 6 mins to chinatown station. I think using telok ayer is more convenient as you can see the hotel from distance when you get out of the station so very easy to walk from there.

Hotel was in great condition and the staff were courteous and helpful.
