Area is safe, hotel was OK. Definitely an old property that they have put some effort into such as new floors and furniture, but old stained carpets i the hall. Only 1 working elevator which was extremely slow. Gym did not require a key card for entry, so young children were coming in and playing on the machines without any supervision. Limited breakfast options. Peeling paint in the bathroom and pink mildew on the shower head.

Always a pleasure staying at best western, little pricey but rooms are always clean and neat. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly. Parking was not an issue. This motel needs an overhaul. My room had roaches. I do not recommend this location unless it is an absolute last resort. Definitely learned my lesson about staying at cheap properties.

We had an amazing stay! When we arrived, our rooms had actually been canceled because of an issue with the booking app, but the front desk clerk was so amazing. They helped us get into rooms so quickly we didn’t even have time to stress—seriously top-tier customer service! The rooms were clean, a really nice size, and very comfortable. The beds were super cozy! I would’ve loved slightly heavier blankets, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. I do hope in the future they add a complimentary breakfast or even a kitchen option. Overall, this hotel is definitely at the top of our list—we will absolutely be staying again when we visit Virginia!
