Bed was excellent, room was clean, no maintenance issues like many hotels. Upper floor was quiet and no annoying beeps or sounds. Staff was friendly and respectful. Hot breakfast was fresh with lots of options. Lobby seating was good with adequate space. Parking was ample and well lit. Access from I-64E is quick; be alert. Would definitely recommend and likely stay here again when in Richmond.
