Crystal and Carly were exceptional staff and manager. The two of them made my stay one of the best ever! This hotel is at the top of my list of places to stay because of their professionalism, kindness, and knowledge. They both went above and beyond their call of duty during my stay. Love Richmond Drury!

Always a great stay here. Super clean rooms and grounds and professional staff. The free breakfast, dinner, and round of drinks every night is over the top hospitality. The bar is top notch and offers quality cocktails and excellent food.

Your home away from home

The room was fantastic and very clean, the only downside was the door to enter the room had a noticeable gap at the bottom and right side that made it to where anyone outside the door can likely hear what you’re doing. Also the bathroom was gorgeous.

The walls are so thin. There were young people drinking alcohol as they made their way down. You can hear people watching tv in the next room and baby crying. You can also hear the cars from the 8th floor.
