The checkin process was not good, as we arrived from California at 12:30am, only to be told that a water line had broken and there was no water in the entire hotel!! Then we were sent to a room that had already been used by someone, so had to change rooms. Water was not repaired until 2:30 pm the next day and hot water until 7:00pm that night. No water also meant no breakfast. We were compensated for the room the first night.

I would love to leave an extended review, however I cannot do that because there was no hot water to utilize while I was there. Prior to taking my shower, (I had an engagement to attend) the front desk informed me that they would look into the water issue. After my cold shower I went downstairs to leave and they informed me that the water had just came on 5 hours earlier and had no idea when it would be hot again. This would have been. Helpful to know upon checking in. No hot water is unacceptable.
