Check in was not good. We arrived early and they were kind enough to store our luggage as we went to lunch. We got back at 2:30 and our room was not ready. We waited in the lobby for an hour, still not ready. This is after our 3pm check in. I reserved the room 3 weeks prior. The girl at the front desk left for the day. Our room, still not cleaned! Juan took over and got us a room immediately. How frustrating!

Valet parking is the only option and it was a comedy of delays both days. The restaurant and bar is limited to say the least. Had to request a crib three times before it arrived. Amazing building but feels like the operation is run on a shoe string.

Manhattan vibes/ love the age and history of the building and proximity to the State Capitol, restaurants and downtown attractions. Very walkable area. Room was very quiet and ginormous! Will stay here again!

The hotel sent me a text to pre-register, which I did and asked me scan in my driver lic and cc info. When I arrived at 1pm they only had 1 room. Front desk had given my other room away it took over an hour to resolve and it was not pleasant after a 5 hour drive. Restaurant and bar was closed and my family just wanted to go to bed. This was all planned well ahead this experience was u professional and handled inappropriately. Front desk actually asked the man they checked into my room to get out ?? Unbelievable
