Family accommodation in Carrum Downs

You have to pay for parking. Smaller than I thought. Overall pretty good for a cheap stay

We stayed at chadstone hotel for my husband’s 40th. The hotel is so nice, very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful! The pool is cool, kid friendly. The only thing we found annoying was you couldn’t buy any breakfast besides the buffet. Having a 7 year old, we just wanted to buy coffees and a muffin or banana bread. We could get coffees, just would have been great if they had a small choice of muffins etc you could buy. Nothing else to fault this place, I’d like to stay there again.

Hotel was very accommodating for us and our needs, we requested a microwave and extra towels and they were happy to do so. Breakfast was lovely as was Hop Garden for dinner. Our son loved the view of the city and will happily come back again

Nice clean room, comfy bed, shower was good. Very friendly helpful staff. Slight delay with the check out experience, but nothing major.

The bed was not comfortable. Very noisy at night . Housekeeping at 7.30 next to my bedroom. No towels. Location and staff good . Next to a construction side
