Easy communication clean room value for money central location

Very good location, facilities and value.

Lovely spacious room and amenities. Spotlessly clean. Free laundry room was a bonus! Good sized television with plenty of channels although sound was ‘set’ fairly low so any other sound (air con etc) made it difficult to hear. Aircon was great and I needed it as the coverlet on the bed was fairly thin (no doona or blanket was on bed/ or in cupboard), so I doubled it over to help keep warm while sleeping. Linen was of great quality. Kitchenettte had microwave, jug etc and was handy. Just check previous guest didn’t put back their used coffee cup on the shelf barely washed…. Hallways sometimes smelled of cigarette smell - wondering if it drifted in from people smoking in their rooms or perhaps from smoking outside the hotel below? Parking on street was usually plentiful except for one night when hotel below had a Trivia/cheap eat night, however this only meant parking a short distance down and across the street. Keyless entry and stairs to the rooms. Good value for money. I’d stay again but request a blanket when booking in the winter months. Look for your text before arriving to find the foyer entry code and room code or contact the number above the street entry way to receive it 😊

Great location, staff were exceptional!

Beautiful unit with easy check in and out. Very comfortable mattresses and linen. Great air conditioning, helpful staff and a lift for convenience. Perfect location for food, coffee, general store, bottle shops and getting into CDB was easy and very close. Office staff very lovely. Pros; No hairdryer as stated on website, wifi was completely unusable therefore we only had normal tv which was a real bummer as the weather was terrible. Cleanliness could be improved but nothing major. No outdoor seating on balcony was inconvenient. Undercover parking needs a desperate pest spray (massive huntsman spiders) and wasn’t useable due to broken equipment (but full refund was given, so that was ok). All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to family and friends, just with the knowledge of the pros (as I said nothing major).

This property really surprised us. Top notch rooms. Great pools and a spa. Linked to the club there are plenty of eating options. Will definitely be coming back.
