Pet friendly accommodation in Capistrano Beach

Check in desk rude and abrupt and unwelcoming. Took 30 minutes to check in with only one guest ahead of us. Lost my luggage and panicked trying to dig through their storage room trying to find them! Otherwise, lovely property.

Staff was amazing, especially the valet guys, Casey and Chris!!! This is most likely our new go to spot in Laguna.

Rooms are enormous. The rooms and facility is always clean. The free breakfast buffet is delicious. Always our go to hotel when we are in the area.

Basically very clean and comfortable rooms with good beds. TV selection channels somewhat limited but adequate Continental. Breakfast good overall although again somewhat limited. Maid service was excellent.

I really appreciate this hotel. This was my second stay at this property and I liked it even better than the first time I stayed. The prices are reasonable and I consider it a good value for the money. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at in the area this is the only one I visited multiple times. They have two pools, hot tub, fitness room(s), jetted bathtub in room, comfortable bed, the restaurant is good, staff is nice, you do have to pay for parking but it’s reasonable compared with many other places. I recommend it.

Very clean and up to date. good breakfast in restaurant and particularly liked the cafe that offered quick meals, such as pastries, sandwiches, drinks and snacks.
