Living spaces feature modern designer furnishings that perfectly accentuate the home's lavish contemporary aesthetic. Enjoy a very modern open kitchen with lovely granite counters, a breakfast bar seating for four, a separate dining table for eight, and new appliances. The adjacent living room has comfy seating, a very large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the outside area.

There is also a separate lounge area, perfect for morning or late night drinks and socializing. A private dock where you can fish from features additional chaise lounge seating. The house is a mere 8-minute walk away from Cape Harbor where you’ll find three great restaurants, bars, and shops. The supermarket Publix is just as close.
