I asked for 2!bed and when I got there I had a single bed. With three people and then they brought a hard ass roll away bed in a small room. The food was awful and the planning for jungle beach ride was canceled and no one told us anything and we had to pay 39 for a cab to be turned around when we got there I would not subject this hotel to no one and the air conditioner in our room never worked

The resort was understaffed, the casion was no longer available everywhere you went to go eat was a waiting list. The nifgt life was ended way too early all the bars clsed at 11. Outside all the food places were packed waiting as well the staff needs more character, did not like this place. Updated the information on thw web. The DISCO was only available on friday. Place needs lot of work, hope the owner does something about it.

I enjoyed my stay. My husband and I came for his 40th birthday. I gave a 4/5 stars only because we couldn’t get dinner reservations at the restaurants that required reservations. They were always booked up. Even when we called 2 days in advance. I don’t know if they’ll let you book before you arrive but that seems to be the only way you’ll get reservations. We stayed for 5 days and was unsuccessful. However, there are other restaurants and stands that do not require reservations that you can walk in to. There are also late night food options. Would we come back? Absolutely! My only concern was not getting reservations at the nicer restaurants.

This is a very good option for a family trip with kids and grandparents, staff was so friendly and cleanliness were optimum, they corrected minor issues. Building need some refurbishing in rooms and there is room for recreational activities improvement and this would be the perfect hotel

Not family friendly, my kids ages 9&12 where not allowed to play any games (volleyball, connect 4 etc). People smoking everywhere, cigarette butts every where. Our room had a leak on the ceiling when it rained. There are only a few chairs/loungers on the beach. Will not be going back.

Plenty to say!!! For starters, You get hounded just like at the airport with people trying to book you for an upgrade(similar to timeshare). Food from restaurants can’t be taken back to room because they don’t have to go paper plates and they won’t let you take the plates they have in the restaurant. Room service is $15. We asked for room to be filled with water 3 times and was never brought. We had to go get it ourselves. They say there’s a full service bar in the room. Only water,coke,and beer. Good luck refilling them. No hard alcohol like other hotels. The hotel is a maze after a few days we got used to the layout. I know there’s more I want to say but I’ll leave it with this. This hotel is about 6.5/7 star.
