Everything about our stay was fantastic. The resort offers a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, though some require reservations starting at 8 AM each morning via the Oasis Hotel app. When we couldn’t get a late check-out, the hotel provided a temporary pass to access all amenities and even offered a separate room where we could freshen up before our flight. That was a thoughtful touch! However, there is no airport pick-up service. It’s best to contact the hotel in advance for assistance with transportation. Otherwise, taxis and private shuttles from the airport can be quite expensive. We paid $90 for a 15- to 20-minute taxi ride (originally quoted at $110), whereas the return trip from the hotel to the airport cost us only $35. Overall, a great experience with just a bit of planning needed for transportation!

We did not get our refrigerator stocked, despite asking. Water was hard to find and not readily available. Our rooms did not get cleaned except for our beds made once. Selections for dining were numerous but the food was just okay.

Honestly was almost perfect, the only reason it wasn’t, is because there’s always a line to eat at the best restaurants. I don't want to do a 30 minutes line every time that I want to eat something. Everything else was amazingly good.

I like that the property was big and there was space for the craziness and also to be with kids and quiet in the other side. The variety of restaurants and bars was nice. The kids club very nice and convenient. I didn’t like the room I got it was right in top of the check in area and it was the door for everyone to enter the resort so we heard people all night and it was super loud I didn’t sleep in the first 2 nights. When they change me to the 3 floors it was much better but the water was very difficult to graduate so it will take a long time to have warm water instead of cold or super hot and the small fridge damage but the maintenance people change it on the same day. In over all the resort was very nice and I like it I which the work better on the rooms and update a little the bathrooms.

I lived it I stayed in the pyramid with a black bracelet. The food was bad no matter if you paid or it was all inclusive everything in there that you pay for is expensive so if you’re going don’t pay for anything extra nothing is good there just tip your servers

We loved the beach front and the pools. We did not like that it wasn't very kid friendly even though it states that online, food was not good, couldn't get into a restaurant because all the reservations always full, no entertainment or games by the pools for the kids or adults, check out process was terrible, not enough staff for all the spring break people that were there. Not enough towels or water supplied to the rooms. No non alcoholic frozen drinks available and all ice cream places closed by 7pm. The list is long. We have been to Cancun many times to many different resorts and this one was definitely disappointing by far compared to others.

What a great spring break! For the cost and options and as a single parent you really can’t beat Grand Oasis! It’s a beautiful resort and the staff is fantastic !There’s tons of dining options (although I was bummed that the Japanese habachi restaurant is adults only) lots of chairs and loungers. The beach is awesome. Pool is fun and large. Lots of bars! Safe. 10/10 would go again!
