Las habitaciones necesitan mucho mantenimiento además de una limpieza buena, huelen mal, había cucarachas, los espejos sucios, los vidrios de los balcones súper sucios, mucha basura en los balcones. Los minibars sucios había sodas abiertas aguas a medias 😔 Además no son las habitaciones que expedía muestra, son habitaciones en mal estado lo que nos dan llegando al hotel.

Everything was amazing. The only thing is that it’s hard to get a hold of that hotel. We missed our flight, and I wanted to call them to let them know we were still coming, but the next morning, no one picked up. I called multiple times at different hours, but there was no answer. When we got there, they said they gave someone our room and that they had booked it out. We had to go somewhere, but after a lot of back and forth, they gave us the room.

Took a solo trip for the first time since my husband passed away, not to mention it was my birthday. From the minute I walked in the resort I was treated like a superstar. I advised the hotel staff it was my birthday the next day. To my surprise I received an upgraded room. Too much room for 1 person. (Also received a bottle of wine and a piece of cake the next day.) Tony met me and immediately took my bags to my room. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The property is larger than I expected. Peacocks walk the property like humans along with Ramon the property cat. Dinner was amazing at Dos Lunas!!! Breakfast was good, the buffet needs work everything was cold. Overall I had an amazing time. I’ll return soon.

What I like about stauing at the Pyramid Oasis Grand Cancun was the landscape and upkeep of the property! The plants flowers tropical colors was amazing! Staying in the center of property was convenient and easy to get around to my room! The staff was graceful helpful with a smile! Even with broken English lol it was still helpful. Now what i would recommend the property needs more signs displaying the Restaurants! I got lost even eith the maps inhand! I had to stop and ask the staff on the ground to help us and they did willingly with a smile! The Pyramid will be by return cancun vacation with the Master Suite room on the 1st floor Ocean Front view with the double bathroom and free candy soda water in the Fridge plus having the all inclusive Black wrist band! Gives you all the bell and whistles too! The live lobby concerts shows was beautiful to view in the lobby or the inside balcony outside your room! I would like if the rooms had more english chanels and a guide how to change the language on the TV! We had to call the maintenance man to show us! Please add more cushion to the sofa couch lol. It was a brick to sit on. Over all Pyramid Oasis Grand We will be back in June each year ssme place! Same accommodations....love it here. I have referred my family friends coworkers too...bye bye
