We purchased the top tier all-inclusive, but this did not give us access to any of the beach clubs. Beach clubs were pay to play, I recommend downgrading your all-inclusive level and use the difference to pay for beach club access.

Everything was great about the property. My family and I enjoyed the pool, activities, and dining options. Only issue was that the bath towels and pillows had a stinky smell. They need to do better with that.

Great stay

Great value - great access to the beach, all-inclusive to many restaurants (just need reservation ahead, but it was easy thru the app) and bars. It is a tad on the old side, but generally well kept. The only complaint would be not enough lounge chair by the pool and by the beach, but we generally were able to find space to enjoy ourselves.

This resort is not suitable for kids unless you’re happy seeing other guests do age related inappropriate things in pools and shared spaces. The sheets on the small beds are damp all the time, I didn’t dare look underneath them at the mattress. It’s noisy so getting a good nights sleep is near impossible. If you have access to the extra restaurants with the higher end bracelets the food had potential to be fantastic though we didn’t get to try it all because we left after two nights

Thé restaurants for the pyramid clients were absolutely phenomenal. Pool and facilities were quite good as well. Could use more staff for pool controlling kids not behaving and parents nowhere to be found. A general rule of kids under 12 should not be on their own.

Found had a cockroach in my room, killed it and told the staff. They changed my room. Also saw at one of the bars nearby the pool 2 cockroach. Except of this everything else was excellent

We didn’t have high expectations for this resort after reading a few reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. The buffet food was great, the drinks were great and we are quite fussy. There was always something to do.

I would not ever stay here again. The customer service is truly horrendous. They “upgraded” our room from 2 beds to 1, when I made a comment about not having space for our children they confirmed we would have a roll in bed there when we got up to the room. It wasn’t there, I called 3x and it still wasn’t there. Finally my husband went down to tell them to bring one up. It still didn’t come. I had to actually raise my voice to be heard. This is not acceptable. We all ended up squishing into the bed the first 2 days. The bathroom is moldy. The food is absolutely disgusting. Frozen Dino nuggets from Costco tastes better. We were so disappointed with our stay. Spent almost 5k for what felt like nothing. Horrible.
