Pros; Nice hotel, great location, staff are amazing, super clean, food is good for the most part, nice complete gym (AC was lacking in there), all rooms have ocean view. Drinks were good for the most part. Entertainment was OK but not over the top. Great experience I must say. Cons: You have to pay to eat at the steakhouse (!!) which is insane to me, need one or two more restaurants for variety and more variety at the buffet! Lifeguards kept on whistling to people; would not let anyone bathe in the sea while all other hotels around was OK.

Food, drink, room and cleanliness were very good. I will not go again. Too much pressure to become a member and emotional bullying for saying no. Also not able to get a sunbed with even a little shade and most of the best beds were for members and VIP s.

The hotel was lovely. It’s a smaller resort compared to large ones at the Mayan Riviera. Everything is conveniently located within steps. The food was great and the overall cleanliness is top notch. No one in our family had any stomach issues. There is a big shopping mall about 5 min drive by uber. The night time shows are modest, except the Mexican night which had an amazing show. If you are looking for more night life, you will have to go off resort. Overall we loved our stay there and are looking forward to returning soon.

Staff go above and beyond and want your stay to be perfect. The Asian restaurant was our favorite- sushi and egg roles. You have to make a reservation for the hibachi dinner, highly recommend. We went for walks on the beach, hung out at the adult pool and visited the rooftop bar at night. Only thing we would complain about is that the bartenders would say “no shots” many times throughout the day. Otherwise it was a great trip and we would definitely come back when coming back to Cancun!

The resort maintained a high level of cleanliness, with staff members consistently being attentive and responsive. They showed genuine interest in my experience by asking for my suggestions. The entertainment staff effectively organized activities on schedule, encouraging participation without being overly assertive. Overall, the quality of the food was very good, though it would be beneficial to offer more variety within each meal at the buffet. However, I noticed that the room service food did not closely match the images presented in the app. I particularly enjoyed the pasta dinner there. The proximity to downtown was excellent. The beach was large and well-maintained, and I appreciated the daily volleyball games, which were enjoyable due to their prompt start times and reliability. One last suggestion: if all the rooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash then state that on your website. It would save trying to squeeze these liquids in to luggage. Its great that the resort supplies them.

We had a wonderful time. Rooms and facilities were clean and the view was incredible. The food was ok. Wish they had better options at the buffet - highlight was Mexican Night - the food and drink were delicious and the entertainment was a lot of fun.
