My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary! We were excited to go to this resort! Since we arrived a bit late, we decided on room service. The options for room service were very limited which was frustrating being an all inclusive resort. The drink menu on the app did not work. Thankfully the room had various drinks and water readily available. One serious concern we had was not having any emergency or pharmacy options available after hours. While no one goes on vacation expecting to get hurt or feel sick. It does happen and not being able to find medication or first aid items was frustrating.

We have stayed at several properties in Cancun over the years, this one is the worst out of all. Food was not good, daughter got food poisoning while there, all meats, steak, pork chops etc., were hard to cut with steak knives let alone chew - no thank you. Watermelon slices tasted of onion, so clearly the person cutting was using the same knife for several items , think cross contamination. We left our Sony headphones in the room, realized 1 hour after leaving, called immediately and they said they can't find them. They were 100% in the bed in our room, so someone who works at this property has a nice expensive pair of headphones now. Not a good experience at all.

We recently stayed at the Iberostar Cancún Coral Level, and overall had a relaxing trip with a few mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing towel such a thoughtful touch and the check-in area was modern and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortably cool, although we weren’t sure if the air conditioning could be adjusted to get colder. The adults-only side is peaceful but, in my opinion, feels more limited and a bit less polished than the main (family-friendly) resort. The restaurants offered much better quality meals than the buffets, which we found to be underwhelming. Poolside activities were decent, and the drinks were very enjoyable definitely recommend bringing your own insulated cup to keep them cool! Evening entertainment varied: the fire show was a highlight, but the “Las Vegas” themed show missed the mark, with many guests leaving early. The resort staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts of the trip was a day trip to Isla Mujeres absolutely stunning and worth the visit! The only major downside was the presence of sargassum seaweed at the resort, which made beach time less enjoyable, though that’s no fault of the resort. Which is why Isla Mujeres was extra enjoyable! All in all, a nice stay with great service, good food options if you stick to the restaurants, and beautiful surroundings.

The staff here was always so accommodating, helpful, and just a joy to speak to. From Angel at the bar next to the adult only pool, to Jorge that set up our lounge chairs every day with towels to Carmen (waitress in adult pool area), was always coming by asking if we needed anything. Jimmy, Edgar, Adan (event staff for games), were so friendly and got people engaged. So many activities near the adult pool and even near the family (main) pool. The food was great at all restaurants AND premium liquor at all of the bars without an additional cost. Just an absolutely great time and so much to do there! Will definitely be going back. Thank you to everyone for a great vacation!!!

Good Time, But Not a 5-Star Experience Overall, we had a good time, but this is not a true 5-star resort. Food was average, and room service was basically non-existent. The animation team and drinks were great—big plus there. However, the pushy club membership salesperson was a turn-off. It’s a decent 4-star experience, but definitely falls short in some key areas.
