The property was very clean, though the rooms are a bit old. We had a small leak from the AC after it rained, but everything else was spotless. There are Pilates and yoga classes with really great instructors.
The Kids Club was the highlight of my kids’ trip — they had nonstop activities and the friendliest staff! Marina was absolutely awesome and so kind to my kids. They made keychains and bracelets, had a tent party, movie time, and fun water activities. Frida was so funny, and Paola was caring and playful — truly amazing with the kids.
There were lots of water activities — we went snorkeling, which was an incredible experience. Swimming with the dolphins and just watching them was beautiful. The resort has many pools and two sides.
What I didn’t like was that the main tall building is adults-only, while the 5-floor building is for families with kids. The restaurants close for a few hours in the middle of the day, but you can go to Chevy’s or order room service during that time. There also aren’t many food options near the beach — just a few hours of grilled burgers service.

The Steakhouse took an hour and a half to serve our food, and my kids were so hungry. Unfortunately, the sea bass wasn’t cooked properly. However, Lorenzo Italian Restaurant was excellent, and the coffee shop and cake store were awesome too. Room service was great as well.
