The food was absolutely terrible. Expensive and not worth it. Drinks were week and it's NOT all inclusive. The staff was very nice but struggled with English. Seems like most of their clientele was Spanish speaking. This property has no real beach. I would not go back and I do not recommend.

Horrible in everyway

Upon checking in we were immediately pressured into a sales meeting. After a 15 minute conversation we finally were allowed to go to our room which smelled like mold. After a couple days staying in the room I developed a cough from the mold. Every time we went through the lobby we were harassed by employees tying to sell us on their packages. Service in the hotel bar and restaurants was terrible. Overall I would not only never stay there again I would recommend to anyone to avoid it like the plague.

The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced per person. You won’t find a breakfast buffet that expensive anywhere here in the states. The time share lady or guy will try to get you to make an appointment with them right away on the first day to show you their “hotel packages” they will take too much time from you and if you are not interested, they will press you for a deal, they won’t just let you go about your business. They will bribe you with free breakfast or tours but honestly is not worth it. It’s a good hotel to stay at honestly if you are not planning to stay at the hotel at all and you just prefer to spend the whole time out and about on tours you book for yourself or going out to beach clubs. It’s not a good property to stay in at or chill at. Can’t even bring your own drinks or food around the pool area. You have to go seat out on the beach section if you want to do that.

The staff were always very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet may seem expensive, but it's worth $30 for the variety of traditional Mexican foods and attentive service while enjoying a great view of the ocean. The property is well kept though a bit dated and rooms are spacious. You can access the ocean right in front of the resort by walking down concrete steps, but we walked a few minutes to the beach on either side of the property to enjoy a more traditional beachfront. It's an easy walk to many good restaurants and a grocery store. We cooked at least one meal a day in our little kitchen. One area that could be improved is pool cleanliness. The water looked stagnant in some areas in the mornings and our toddler kept on getting dirty streaks on his swimsuit, which I finally figured out was from some film on the side of the pool.
