Fantastic experience! We stayed at another resort prior to this one with a friends group that was far more expensive and not nearly as awesome as Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas was. The entire stay was nearly perfect from the moment we arrived. The only hiccup we had was the microwave wasn't working but they fixed that right away. The staff were fabulous and even the timeshare sales guy wasn't bad when we told him we really weren't interested. The bed was super comfy, the room was spotless, the beach was right there, and the location was great for a nice walk. There is a huge grocery store a short walk away with some incredible hot food options and bakery goodies. I would, without a doubt stay here again next time I am in Cancun. I can't say anything bad about the place. The only tiny thing that was wrong was remedied as quick as you could expect.

It’s actually the first time that an hotel honor what they promise for the VIP status on Expedia. We got there and they had a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us at our room. The staff was amazing Jhovani was really helpful, super attentive and nice. Plus the hotel is really nice.

Blue water, clean beach and room and excellent staff! The property is smaller than most but that's what I prefer. No party people at the pool, the pool music is not loud and stops at a decent hour. I highly recommend this place and will be back!
