Book Campoleone hotels

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome and the Cross Hotel was the perfect place for us. The staff was super helpful with suggestions about getting around Rome, things to see and accessing the hotel amenities, when needed. Proximity to the Manzoni metro was the best way to get around Rome. The room was modern and clean (with its own bathroom, of course). The breakfast offered a good selection of pastry, protein, fruit, etc. A special shout out to Alessandro, Roberto, Augustina (I think that was her name, I'm sorry if I got it wrong), as well as the gentlemen (no name tag that I can remember) who was very helpful with us and we saw help a couple even as he was going off duty. Excellent staff!

This was a lovely hotel. Old but very clean and well maintained. We liked our room which was quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again.

This property was very nice and modern. I stayed solo at this location and had a good time. This property it also very close to the bus stops and train station. This property however is in a very local area. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you wanted to walk to tourist spots.

Room temperature was so hot, thermostat not working. Staff no action when requested to check . Marriot Park should do better for standard.

The room was great, the pictures do it justice. The room was very clean. But you do have to put your entry card in the slot by the door for the lights to be activated. The shower was wonderful, but the floor of the shower was Very slippery. Someone could fall and have a serious injury. I opened the window, so I do not know about the air-conditioner. The bidet was amazing. Shower fresh clean everytime! The breakfast was wonderful. They had everything, and cake seems to be big in Rome for breakfast and it was great. The maid answered many questions for me, she was wonderful. The front staff was amazing and ready for Americans with bus routes and ways to get around. Glad I found this hotel.
