The rooms were cleaned daily and towels refreshed. The breakfast was good with many options. The location was fabulous. Easy to access metro and train station and not in the middle of the throngs of tourists. Many nice restaurants in the area. Lovely bistro out on the sidewalk with music on the weekends.

The hotel had a baroque feel to it, especially in the public areas. Some things need a little TLC (skirting boards) but that did not impact on our stay. Staff helpful and happy to help with questions and maps. Our room was cosy but clean and perfect for our 4 night stay. The air con was much appreciated as was the fridge. The shower in our room definitely needs a size increase - it was a tight squeeze for me and I'm not that big. Breakfast was plenty of bread, croissants, fruit and a few cold meats. Location wa perfect for our busy itinerary around Rome.

A historic building- very unique. Our room had a queen and a twin bed and they were SO comfortable with nice linens. We had a large bathroom and even a walkout balcony. The taxi picked us up right outside the building (we set it up ahead). The restaurant right next door was very good! Wish we could have stayed a few days.

This was an excellent base for our visit. It was within walking distance of many attractions as well as the main train station. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was quiet and spacious, especially the bathroom. The neighborhood revealed itself to have several fun cafes and restaurants and is adjacent to a pretty park that includes a tram stop and a subway stop. We will plan to stay here again!

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of Colleseum but despite downtown location among shops and restaurants the room was very quiet. There was a park across the street with some ancient ruins and also a subway stop from a line that runs by the Vatican. Very friendly and helpful desk staff and amazing breakfast. The bartender was also helpful, giving me ice for my wife's sore knee.

We stayed one night. The desk was helpful in securing a transfer to airport the following morning. The breakfast was good - many options. I am gluten/free and they gave me gluten free products on request. We had to call desk because no tv service, but they sent someone to our room who inserted a new card and then it worked. Overall, good stay.

Old hotel with several inconvenient and tiny elevators you need to switch between floors. Made for a difficult time at check in and checkout with luggage. Room had a smell to it and made our allergies flare up severely. Only sheer window curtains so it never got dark. Shower only had partial divider so water would spray out onto the bathroom floor. Overall disappointed with this property.

The hotel was great. We stayed in Rome for 3 nights. The room was comfortable and as described. The air conditioning was working and made it easy to sleep. There is an elevator. The breakfast each morning was excellent, providing many choices of fresh and good options. Staff were accommodating as we needed to order a taxi twice. We were able to drop off our luggage prior to check in. Communication with staff prior to arrival was speedy and informative. The hotel is close to a metro line and in walking distance of Roma Termini. We were able to walk within 15-20 minutes to all of our tour operator’s meeting points. As well, we walked for a similar distance to explore the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The park across the street was lovely.

Enjoyed the property a lot. Close to great restaurants, and easy on/off the metro. Easy to get around, within 1.2km of almost everything, if you don’t mind walking. Would say the breakfast could use a little work, but Italians aren’t known for breakfast as we have found out, caffe and croissants is the norm.
