Hotel is located in a nice area and walkable from the train station and to the colosseum and other sights of Rome. Clean rooms with good air conditioning. Nice outdoor bar area.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and modern, close to bus and metro routes so it was very easy to get around the city to the sights. Staff were very friendly and useful. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Comfortable Hotel Just Outside of City Center

Comfortable hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I loved that the location is outside of the crowded city center and in more of a residential area.

The area around the property was dirty and all the buildings had graffiti. Seemed like an unsafe area. The staff was little rude

The location was good, walking distance to bus and metro station. Safe area to walk at night time. My room was on what they called "first floor", which required climbing up almost 30 steps with no elevator. Upon check out there was no one to help with the bags. The night shift reception staff was not willing to help answer questions and was repeatedly dismissive and rude. Day time staff were respectful and nice. Check out was a hassle since the credit card machine was broken and I didn't have cash on me. The building was old and outdated. However, air-conditioning was nice and working which was very refreshing, there was a fridge and safe in the room which was nice.

Truth

The neighborhood didn’t look so good and more so across the street with people - homeless people sleeping outside. There was some damage to the building that was noticeable from the outside. More so there was a problem with my shower door and it was never finally fixed. I was there about 5 to 6 Nights. They did apologize for the inconvenience and try to offer me another room on my last night. There is no way I would use this property ever again on my next trip to Rome.
