Serviced apartments in Camelback East

Overall, it was wonderful. The things we liked the most: Courteous staff, fruit and cucumber water in the lobby, breakfast selections, location near the zoo, botanical gardens and a museum, free shuttle to and from the airport. The things we did not like: toilet and tub drain we not draining properly. When they brought someone to repair, there was a language barrier and it did not get resolved. We also found a bogus charge to our room, but the front desk resolved that nicely.

Everything went well and the staff were very nice. The room was clean and well-stocked. The bed was comfortable. The lighting was good and the TV worked. The hotel met expectations.

Great room, clean, and comfortable. Nice continental breakfasts, lovely seating area for breakfasts. Really nice lobby, clean elevators.

Older Resort going through remodeling but the over all was a great stay, my kids loved the water park
