We booked this assuming it was reasonably close to the airport however it’s not. Shuttle to the airport only happens on the hour, which wasn’t convenient for us. Rooms were ok but tiny bathroom without any room to get changed. A sign mentions the elevators are being repaired but they are actually dangerous and close doors on people (even when attempting to hold them back). Luggage carts are hard to use and no staff Offered to assist despite noticing our struggles. Spa was ridiculous hot. Says max 40 degrees but it was above that to the point we could not sit in it.

Clean room, friendly staff, and fairly quiet. The only glitch was when I googled Holiday Inn at the Calgary airport. It took me to the closest one that was wrong. Expedia booked us a Holiday Inn that was about a 15 minute drive with challenging navigation. Otherwise, everything was good.
