When a person is picked up from the airport, asking them to tell you, the property address is unreasonable. Most of the time clients will not know the property address and this would be something that would trip them up in my case. I was frustrated so as much as I enjoyed my stay at your hotel, this part left a sour taste in my mouth.

This hotel was a very nice hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. King suit is very comfortable and relaxing. Unfortunately our stay was very quick as we had an early flight.

3 towels for a booking of 4, It’s infuriating when Hotels do this… The showers had some grime in the corners and the emergency lighting in the halls have cobwebs. I wouldn’t say this Hotel was dirty but you can see a definite lack of attention to detail. I would nervous to eat as I can only imagine their kitchen having the same level of cleanliness. (I did not view the kitchen)

Nice, Clean and Comfortable Hotel

I was just looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay overnight since we missed our connecting flight to grande prairie. I was very pleasantly surprised with this holiday inn. The room had two queen beds, tv, mini fridge, and microwave. There was ample pump soap, shampoo & conditioner. And plenty of clean towels. We were going to eat the Denny’s down the street but decided to try the restaurant on the second floor instead because of all snow on the ground. We were very impressed with the quality and selection of food for dinner. I had the beef dip which was delicious and my son had the salmon with lemon butter sauce and it was also very good. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel near the airport.

Easy check in, took the shuttle from the airport at night and back in the morning, smooth, easy to request shuttle service. Staff were friendly. Room was good. Breakfast buffet was tasty and the staff were friendly.
