The room was clean but when we first enter our room, the smell of smoke/vape was so strong, a staff came in and sprayed another strong scent which made the smell overwhelming given I have asthma.Second and the most aggravating was that there heater didn’t work. We asked to move rooms and they told us they’re sold out. Maintenance tried to make it work but at night it stopped working again and mind you it was -25c outside but since we were all exhausted we decided to tell them in the morning. The manager only agreed to take out $30 off of what we paid for. On top of these their phone doesn’t work so my poor husband had to come back and forth from fourth floor to the desk on the first floor to complain about all these issues. Will never stay here again.

No WiFi, false fire alarm at 11pm. Everybody had to evacuate. Phones not working. Shower showed sign of mold. Reception staff however friendly and felt bad for all the issues. Easy parking. Shuttle to airport a big benefit. Food was great at hotel restaurant.
