Loved the buffet breakfast for families. Make note when parking underground, a standard small SUV (Rav-4) trunk will hit the ceiling. I have some fresh scratches I’m pretty dissapointed about. This would have easily been avoided if there was some signage or yellow paint or anything. Staff shrugged and pointed to a sign releasing any liability (no where near the actual low ceiling though). So be careful here. Also room had a banging door opening and closing outside of our room past 11 PM. Pool was a bit unclean, clumps of hair to walk around. Not a lot of staff cleaning the area. Water was pleasant, a bit cold but tolerable. Loved the water slides. Great for families, a few small issues but overall would come back and appreciated a fair price we paid. Staff were wonderful here.

Terrific Family friendly hotel. The Pool was the highlight of our stay as we expected it would be. Rooms were clean and well kept. The beds were our only complaint unfortunately, they are very hard and lumpy. fitted sheets are not used but a flat sheet tucked in making for a messy unmade feeling when crawling in for the night. Bedding is very light, had to request extra blankets as you get 1 thin sheet and one very thin blanket. front desk was happy to provide extra bedding. Rooms were well stocked with towels, toiletries and a nice selection of coffee/ tea. Free underground parking is offered when we arrived which was great and made us feel more secure leaving the car parked for the night. Breakfast had great options and something for everyone. well kept and replenished quickly. While not included in the stay they do offer a family deal. 2 adults and 2 kids for $40. real eggs and bacon made up it. price, location and the waterslides definitely make this a top choice for a family getaway. Kids are excited for the next visit here.
