They did not post that the pool was closed! We were there in the beginning of June for a few nights. When we arrived... there was a sign saying it was closed...that is how we found out...so if you are expecting a pool I would double check with the property before booking.....they said they were waiting on city approval and would not provide any kind of refund. The short front desk lady was a lil rude as well....could maybe stand some extra training in customer service.. Was thankful we only booked for 3 nights.

Roach infested dump

ROACHES Everywhere Terrible property do not stay here. Tried 2 different rooms both had roaches. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night. Couldn’t stay here anymore.

Pros: Housekeeping Staff members were excellent. Heather and Tammie, both, provided excellent Customer Service upon my arrival when checking in. Stayed several nights. Ample parking for all Vehicles. This property allows Pets. My Pet , my Cat, enjoyed his time here. Room location: Excellent. Cons: the Fan in the Bathroom is super loud. There should be a separate switch for the Light. There is a super noisy Freeway very close by and the noise is 24/7. The 2 Doors to the Lobby are very heavy and difficult to open: very inconvenient. There is always a lot of Trash everyday. Incident: Sub-standard Customer Service given to me by Val, the Night Auditor. Think Bully: that describes him. I had to call Motel 6 Corporate and register a Formal Complaint about him. Was going to stay an additional night but cancelled my Reservation. I will never come here again! I recommend: Motel 6 Main Gate in Anaheim. They : GOT GAME! It is Fun to be on the Property. Also, close to Disneyland and not far from Knott's Berry Farm. I highly recommend: Motel 6 Main Gate, Anaheim!! STAY AWAY FROM: MOTEL 6 Buena Park!! You'll be glad you did!!
