Meh!!

Our room was right next to the office so it was noisy all day and night with people running up and down stairs. Our bed was bowed so it was like sleeping in a bowl. When we were moved they put us on 3rd floor way in the back of the property so I walked down and got a grocery bag with ice so I didn’t have to make 200 trips with the little bowl they give u for ice and the lady at the front desk made sure I knew that was allowed. Her demeanor was rude and snide. I asked for clean towels and washcloths and the staff gave me issues so I walked down and got my dirty things and returned them in order for them to give me clean ones. Which I get it but she he demeanor is so off with the staff. We pay to stay and without customers you don’t have a job so a little decency would be nice. It’s decent for a quick stay but I’d suggest buying ur own ice as they don’t have fridge or microwaves and if u stay in the back you’re expected to make 200 trips for ice because they don’t tolerate u using a bag to lessen ur trips up and down three floors…

The staff overall is very polite and responsive. My wife and I stayed for 6 nights and asked for some new towels on day 3. We were informed by the front desk that they would have house keeping drop off a new set of towels that day. The towels never arrived during our stay and I had to go to the front t desk and ask again for a set. The front desk staff did apologize and immediately gave me a new set, but disappointed that house keeping did provide them when promised. In addition the floor of our room was incredibly dirty. Just walking from the bathroom to the bed left you with the bottom of your feet being completely black. Getting back in the shower immediately caused the water to turn dark brown from the dirt on the bottom of your feet.

Room worked for just coming into sleep at night. Barely any outlets in the room, bathroom lights flickered and the shower head was coming out of the wall. If you're any taller than 5 foot, the shower head probably won't reach your head 😂. The beds were not that comfortable and the rolm

We were put in a handicap room which is fine but it was right next to the office on the first floor next to a stairway as well. It was so loud all the time and humid in the room. Very tight space! I asked housekeeping for clean towels once in a 3 days stay and she was a little confrontational about it because I didn’t return my dirty ones yet so I went n got them and walked them down to her in the laundry room before she would give me clean ones. Dog feces EVERYWHERE! Pet friendly which I like as my dog travels with me but nobody cleans up after their pet. They charge 20 dollars if u ask to switch rooms. I only wanted to switch because of the noise being right next to the office and under a stairwell. The room was clean. The bed was bowed so it was like sleeping in a bowl lol not at all comfortable..I always stay with motel 6 as we travel the nation working and this one caught me off guard a little as we have never had an issue. Super good water pressure which I loved. Very very busy hotel every day of the week!!

I have so much to say about this motel , I absolutely was disappointed, but it was a last minute trip, never again beds were horrible shower was disgusting had to biy some bath mats just to get by. ! When you book make sure its a premium room , apparently these are remodeled and the deluxe rooms on the second floor and 1st floor are crazy outdated rooms 😳
