What was not told to us sat time of check-in was we had to request room service cleanup as we left for the whole day and on are return we walk in to the room ad it was not even cleaned we called the front desk and they then told us we had to call for a room service clean and the toilet was to low on the floor the Continental breakfast was some what ok there was no fresh Milk for the Cereal and the muffins where cold and some frozen it would have been nice to have Begal and cream cheese as we where look forward to the use of the jacuzzi as it was not working for being our first time to this property we would likely or maybe not stay Art Rodriguez

The Pubes on shower ceiling really sold it.

Dirty hotel being renovated. The Pubes on shower ceiling really sold itt for me. Elevator not working, the hot tub was broken.

The suite was dusty, dirty with leaky sink faucet and water would flow on the table . The a/c was noisy and clunking. Their was caution tape around the hot tub it was closed. Their was caution tape in the parking lot in certain spots.

We recently stayed at Day Inn Buena Park, and overall it was a good experience. While the initial welcome wasn’t particularly warm, the staff at check-out were very friendly and helpful, which left us with a great final impression. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities met our needs during the stay. The location was also convenient. We enjoyed our time there and would consider coming back
