The property is in a great location and is very pleasant to stay in. Staff are great and very accomodating, please be aware there are a lot of homeless/rough sleepers in the area. Some might find it slightly uncomfortable. The area itself is like any big city. Not the hotels fault but something to consider when booking.

Perfect place to stay for our event at the RNA showgrounds being an easy walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful with our request to park the cars early. They even managed to have our room ready early so we could drop off our bags before heading to our event. The room was clean and spacious and although the bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked we would definitely stay here again.

Aggressive, rude property manager. Organised maintenance activities during our stay that woke us up in the morning after a wedding we attended locally the previous night. Not worth explaining what happened in detail but we are so disappointed in the behaviour of that individual and affected our stay in Brisbane in such a negative way and this occured in front of our children. Will never stay again. Side note the lifts are difficult and you can wait up to 7 minutes before they collect you. We timed it. Overall a very negative experience

Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with lots to offer. Near the train station (runs direct to the airport) and great bus network. Only a 30 minute stroll into the city centre or down to New Farm.

The bed was so hard, everytime I turned over it felt like it was bruising my whole body. The door creaked all night long. Safe to say my partner and I were not very happy or content and booked different accommodation and left early

Great apartment in a convenient location

We stayed in Kooii Apartments as a family. We thought the unit was clean and maintained well. The AC was good after a long hot day out. The kids also had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. Overall it was a great stay with train station nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Kooii Apartments

Beautiful apartment and exquisitely furnished. Beds so comfy and view was everything! Loved everything about this ultra modern apartment. Made me feel like I could live there full time! So close to everything we needed. Two bedrooms one with ensuite which worked great for two non couple adults. Can’t wait to come and stay again.
