Hotel wasn’t sold out but they wouldn’t move us or discount the room because we booked through Hotels.com. I couldn’t believe it but I confirmed we were being placed in a substandard room but we didn’t book directly with the hotel.

The view was amazing, along with the service from employees (who were very kind). Parking was free. The room was tidy and clean upon arrival, and every morning around 12ish, staff would come by to clean (unless we asked otherwise). Rooms seemed soundproofed, and the balconies were isolated to each room. Room service was speedy and the food was warm. Would recommend for a stay-cation.

You advertise as one of the amenities of the hotel is "shuttle service" to destinations within a 5 mile radius. Sheraton claims that you were notified that there was NO SHUTTLE but it remains in your description of the hotel. We had no car so we chose the hotel for the shuttle service feature.

Happy that I got an early check-in and that my room had a balcony. Staff was friendly and Mario in the restaurant got me a cold beer even though the bar was closed and the Egyptian gal was also very nice. The room did not have a microwave.
