Simple but swell

Great location. Small room but well designed, clean and quiet. On-site parking available for a fee. Parking around Harvard Square is always a plus!

I went to take a shower when I got back to my room late at night. I could not get the faucet to turn on. I was annoyed but it was late and didn’t want to call the front desk. In the morning I tried again and it wouldn’t work so this time I called the front desk. They said they tighten the faucet so it doesn’t drip. As a traveller I personally don’t want to have to call the front desk to use the shower. The faucet wasn’t just a little bit tightened, it was insanely tightened. Both my friend and I tried super hard to make it work, to the point we stopped to avoid breaking it. This was a very annoying inconvenience. Maybe the hotel should just consider having it replaced.
