At 3 AM the light in the room came on by itself. We were told to keep the bathroom door closed and it was! Thinking maybe a ghost wanted to say hello!

A gorgeous hotel with so much history! Really comfortable accommodations and the staff were incredibly kind. You can’t beat this location as it is within walking distance of many Boston must-see sites!

Great location

This is a great hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many attractions in the city. The service was attentive and professional. We had great interactions with all employees but Karell Bonds (front desk) was the highlight. He was so anttentive and kind. He helped make sure our travel group were located in the same general area on the floor. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay at this historic hotel.

Rooms are a bit small. Sink seems to be sideways. No comfortable chair in room. Only desk chair. Room was not cleaned on our last day there. Beds were very comfortable. The restaurant service was great. Food was very good. Check in and check out very efficient. Thank you.

Omni Parker House exceeded my expectations. The location is very central and convenient, easy walk to the park, many historical sites and touristic attractions, as well as cafes and restaurants. The room was small, but nice and new, with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very small, but fresh, clean and modern, excellent shower. Staff was very friendly. Boston Cream Pie worth trying!
