When we arrived we were given room keys to room 508. We scanned our keys which worked however the inside lock was done and another family was in the room. We had to haul all of our luggage back down to check in and be given another room. Once we got to the room we found old gummy bears on the floor so the room was not properly cleaned prior. We ordered food from the restaurant in house at the hotel and some of our food was forgotten and when approached about this the restaurant staff was rude. Will never use this brand hotel again.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, which affected the overall experience. Our room felt quite humid, and breakfast was disappointing—relocated to a dark basement with limited options. Unfortunately, it was not an enjoyable stay.

We choose this property because of indoor pool area and breakfast provided. The breakfast was good but the pool was not available, it was closed. We didn’t get to enjoy an event swim as expected. We would appreciate a complimentary competition for this mishap. This definitely effected our stay and made it a bit unpleasant of not having the pool available

Pool and hot tub were down which was the main reason to choose this hotel. Got there and were informed they were low on staffing and had no turn down service. Got into our room and the tv didn’t work. Asked for a new room and was given a room that another guest complained about due to noise and were given their room which was not turned down… cleaned our new room and stayed overnight. Breakfast was very limited and this is The Worst Experience EVER for a hotel
