We had a great 4 days at the Baca Raton Cloisters. Tennis and golf facilities were excellent. Several restaurants to choose from, all very good. Nice get away.

This property hits all the marks for luxury, style and family vacation needs. If you have kids in that lazy river/waterslide age group, but also want a luxury vacation the adults will enjoy, and beautiful restaurants, this is your place. Way too crowded and understaffed over Presidents Day weekend. Did not fell 5 star when people are fighting for chairs by pool and arguing over umbrellas. That said most of staff is very professional. Had to switch from one part of hotel to another. Front desk forgot to tell us room was ready so had to ask much later in day. Said the dropping the ball was a "learning experience" for staff. This place ain't cheap. Rooms and restaurants. Clear management failures
