Breakfast was amazing! Didn’t realise we had it included when I booked and there was so much selection and it was great quality!! Bed was soooo comfortable! Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely convenient hotel in great location.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Parking was available, which made everything much more convenient. I also had a great time at the pool and truly enjoyed the day overall. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Kitchenette in room was good idea but absolutely no pans, crockery, cutlery, so basically unuseable & no point in it being there. Bathroom absolutely tiny compared to the size of the overall room, could barely move in the shower & ended up using kitchen sink as bathroom one too small. Toiletries weren't great quality either. That said, I got it for a decent price for London, it was clean, walkable to public transport & nice to have a swimming pool. Didnt use the gym, cinema room or coworking areas but again nice that these are available.

Room could have done with a bedside light and a proper mirror for getting ready! Room wasn’t ready for check in but didn’t have to wait too long.

Great place to stay in London being lovely and quiet. The room was quite small, but very clean and comfortable. The bar on the ground floor was very nice and relaxing. The only slight negatives are that most of the ceiling in our room (Room # 434) hadn’t been painted at all so we were looking at bare concrete above our bed. Also, our electronic safe stopped working so we had to get maintenance to attend to allow us to access our belongings before checking out in the morning. That being said, we would definitely return to this hotel in the future as the positives far outweigh the negatives.
