Excellent locatiQuiet, clean and comfortable stay

Front desk staff were attentive and friendly. They held our luggage for us when we arrived at 6:45 a.m. The breakfast buffet is an excellent value for €16 with allergens listed and many options for special dietary needs. The woman running the buffet even toasted gluten free bread for me in the kitchen, which was very accommodating. The hotel is great area with easy walking and public transport options around the city. The hotel is exceptionally clean and QUIET. The beds in our room for comfortable and we were able to control our temperature to stay cool during a hot and humid August night. The only improvement would be the quality of the pull out bed. This mattress is very thin and not suited for anyone other than a small child. I would absolutely stay here again.

We booked a 2 queen bed room paying more but we got a room with 1 double bed and they said they cannot change and are fully booked. The air conditioner was not working in the room inspite of us complaining multiple times it was neither fixed nor was our room changed. Very disappointed with their service. I would never book again with any best western chain hotel.
