I’m a usual that stays at this hotel 1x-2x a month. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Amenities are favorable for the most part. Breakfast is good. Having onsite laundry is also good. My main complaint has been the last three times me and my partner have stayed here, we’ve been given rooms that are just horrible in terms of how badly they smell of cigarette. For a hotel that claims to be a smoke free hotel, it doesn’t do a very good job of enforcing that rule.

As soon as we walked in there was a bad odor. The room was moldy in the shower. The Drapes were cut and dirty. The light cover had a ton of stuff up in it. The bathroom. switches were dirty. The floor felt very grimy rheoughout.

While it's not the Ritz, for the price paid, it met my expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of towels. Bottled water wasn't complimentary, but it was available for purchase. Breakfast offered a standard selection, including cereal, waffles, toast, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, and oatmeal.

Our room was on the third floor and during our whole stay, as soon as we exited the elevator the smell of weed was very strong. It penetrated into our room! Absolutely disgusting.

I bought a package through Expedia a week before I traveled. Before arrival I wanted to change hotels- Expedia approved it, but the hotel refused to release my funds. When I arrived on site, it was in a dangerous part of town, homeless guy heckling me when I got my suitcase. It was run down. I decided to spend the money and go to a different hotel instead of staying here. I haven’t written a negative review ever, but I tried to receive some sort of refund and the hotel would not help. They charged me for the entire stay instead of working with me on a few of my unused nights. if you like the ghetto, this is your place.Eeekk!

The air conditioning was great once we closed the bathroom door so the cool air could move to the other rooms in the suite. The parking is behind a code sensored gate so it felt very safe.

The shower had a loud whistle sound when we took a warm shower. The pillows on the bed are the worst. I had to use 4 pillows just to try have a decent sleep.
