Beautiful room, wonderful staff, breakfast was very good. Rooms came with fridge, coffee maker for tea and coffee with cream and different kinds of sugar. You can use their laundry facility. Close to Sparks Arena and the Civic Center. You can walk to the Ferry and there’s stores, the Auckland Museum and restaurants practically a few blocks away from the hotel. They’ll even store your luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is so tired and smelled so ghastly in the hallways. The room could not be cooled. No outlets by the bed. The star of the show was the bed and pillows which were top shelf
