This property’s main asset is its location close to Spark arena. Rooms are basic with minimal toiletries. Small beds in the double rooms. Bar and dining area are nice.

Convenient concert stay

Easy check in and check out for this overnight stay in Auckland. Hotel is extremely well located for Spark Arena which is a short walk away. Room was clean and spacious, if a little dated. Beds were large and comfortable. Room was a little warm. It is so nice to have proper milk in the fridge. Good work Copthorne.

Terrible condition and definitely not a 4 star. The building is in a terrible state of disrepair and had a musty smell in our room and a leaking shower, resulting in a wet carpet patch. Sraff would have known about this surely.We cancelled our second night. And to top it off the lift broke down trapping a poor lady in it for an hour! Very stressful situation for her which we felt was not handled very sympathetically.
