Very good staff, clean room. No complaints except the air conditioner worked great the first day (I like sleeping at around 62 F) but then didn’t seem to work the next two days so just left windows open. Also no place to put soap, shampoo in the shower had to put everything on the floor. Great location in CBD.

Average. Don’t see why a card needed to have been taken for my file when I stay here so often and the room was pre paid and there is no way of charging incidentals to the room. Not a priority at 3am after a long Haul flight

Great hotel, rooms are not fancy but functional where everything just works from the wifi to the laundry. The gym is large and well equipped. It is in a quite corner of the city with a park in front, but it is close to bars are restaurants. I had a great stay.

The 2 bedroom suite worked out well for our family of four. It was nice having a washer and dryer to do some laundry during our 2 week vacation. Location was convenient, walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Only strange thing was the heated mirror in the half bathroom, we called to ask if we could turn it off but no can do.

An ideal suite - comfortable beds, well equipped , well located and good facilities. Some things like the bathroom and the fridge weren't modern but everything worked perfectly.
