Liked the excellent location near the Opera House and other major attractions. The large room with two beds is also a positive point. The staff helpful, and attentive. The negative points are three : the bad illumination at the elevators and the hall in front of them. Its too dark. One cannot forget that this is a classy hotel and not a suspicious night club. The breakfast at the week end was poor mainly with few choices of fresh fruits. Disgusting was when at the check out the porter called a taxi for the airport and the price was much above the normal fare. Despite asked the driver didn't use the meter. Porter scam with taxi drivers ???

Fantastic location for ease of movement around the City. People were helpful, place wss spotless and well proportioned

Stayed here before an early morning flight and it was exactly what we needed. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and a good size, and everything was easy and comfortable. The best part is the location. The hotel is right beside the airport terminal and next to the rental car return, so it could not have been more convenient. Very good option if you have an early flight from Vienna.

I can’t fault this hotel, the room amenities was well thought of and everything an accommodation needs. The area is quiet and free coffee is a plus. I will definitely stay again.

I had to go down to the desk twice to have my safe fixed before I could go to sleep after an international flight that left me exhausted. (And I let them know that I needed sleep.) Still I waited over an hour before going down the second time. I finally got into bed when the technician came back because he'd apparently just received the second message - I was not pleased. Also, they only have air conditioning during the warmer months, so it was too warm to sleep comfortably.

Location was nice, near Praterstern station and easy access to the rest of Vienna
