We absolutely loved our stay. Mooons is the best hotel experience we have had on this recent trip staying in six different cities on our train trip. We loved our room, the public areas, the location and of course the amazing breakfast. Congratulations to all of the staff. Everyone we met on the staff were professional and friendly and very welcoming.

The location is perfect. It is right across the street from many trams, the train that goes to the airport, and other trains that go through the city. You can get to any place you want in Vienna in about 10-15 minutes or less. You can also easily walk to several palaces and parks. The breakfast included an assortment of juices, breads, eggs, potatoes, jams, an expresso machine etc. The unique moon shaped windows are really cool as well. We stayed there for a few days at the beginning of our European trip and came back to stay at the end as well. We would come back again.

We loved the hotel. Perfect location as we wanted to be near the station and the Belvedere. The room was small but perfect, loved the windows, wonderful shower, funky lights and extremely comfortable beds. The treadmills in the gym were fab, and the breakfast was as good (and good value) as the reviews said. The only blots on the landscape was the service in the beautiful rooftop bar (sulky woman boss) and the portion size of the main evening meal. But we would return like a shot if we come back to Vienna.

The hotel was super easy to find across the road from the main station access to the whole of Vienna was really easy using the underground and the hotel was super clean tidy and a great breakfast would recommend to anyone visiting Vienna

When I booked I was just looking for a hotel near the main train station and I had low expectations. However I found the place to very clean and comfortable. Despite being on a fairly busy street, I didn’t hear any traffic noise from my room. The a/c was also good. My only negative comment us that the front desk could have been better staffed, although I did not have any delays with checkout.

The hotel boasts about it roof bar. Not open for our entire stay. Blamed the weather, it was 72 and sunny three days. Regular bar staff could not even make the signature cocktails, and rather unfriendly. I think they were just shortstaffed. Coffee cups in the rooms have no handles, can drink the coffee.
