The room is okay but the guy at the front desk when we arrived (on a skinnier side with parted hair with a some length) is quite rude and cold. He is not very accommodating and not friendy at all. Furthermore I do feel that we didn't get the room we booked for, we all booked the room as the other parties in our trip but our room did not have a coffee machine because according to him, it's the type of room we booked (does not make sense because all room were booked together and all the same type in Expedia). The other staff are nice and friendly except for the guy who checked us in. Room and service could be improved for sure.

Room very clean. Nice gym. Shabby hallways - feels quite studenty. Not a great location - quite far into the centre. Breakfast room was so chaotic and very loud music for 10.30am - We left without breakfast as was too much. The heat in the rooms was too much as well. Overall an alright experience but wouldn't stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, had everything you would need and a comfortable bed and was quiet. The facilities were good, next door to a lovely bakery and a mainline train station taking you directly to/from the airport is a 7 minute walk away along with other tram connections to other parts of the city, very easy to get around the city. The staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay, everything was positive and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be back.
