Great hotel near train

Hotel is near train, which is very convenient. Also, the hop-on bus is at the train station, along with many fast food places. And belvidere palace is about a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel has a beautiful lobby with bar and snacks/dri ks for purchase.

Pleasant stay at the Leonardo property. If you are travelling with friends that you might not know so well and are sharing a room heads up for the open shower. Close to the train station making it very convenient to get around the city.

Great position next to the main railway station from where you can take trams and underground to the city centre. Very comfortable room, well designed and fitted out. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet.

I didn't like the smokers standing out front, it would have looked nicer for them to have a place to sit or stand but not at the front door. A place to the side of front door would have been nicer. I liked the offer of an umbrella or water bottles available. That was very nice!

This hotel was a lighthouse of hope for us after a bad start in Vienna when our Air BnB turned out to be dreadful. We booked the Leonardo for the rest of our stay and it was just wonderful. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and extremely comfortable. It was very close to the main train station and metro/trams into the city. My only regret is that we didn’t book the Leonardo for our whole trip to Vienna!

Good and functional. Clean and great location near Hauptbahnhof. Downsides are no door in the bathroom a bit awkward and little noise proof between rooms uncomfortable.

Very clean and well-maintained generally speaking. Pleasant, helpful, multi-lingual staff. Room was a bit warm. Outside noise (shouting) from loud walking traffic was an issue in our unit both nights. There was an issue with an elevator not opening on the lobby level, but the management addressed it immediately.

Okay for couple of days

On family holiday, found strange as there was no phone to contact reception. Water was leaking under bathroom sink. We found that Breakfast was too expensive. Location is good and easy commute to the city.
