Warned them that I would be arriving late and "mistakenly" they gave my room to someone else. Not fun when you arrive at 4 in the morning and giving them a heads up three times this was happening. They did taxi me to another location and back but again not happy with the time this happened.

Perfect combination of location and accommodation

Great hotel—friendly accommodating front desk (slightly early check in), good-sized comfortable room, nice and quiet. All these things should be enough but then to top it off, the Leonardo is perfectly located by the main train station—it’s a five minute walk, and for an early morning train, every minute makes a difference. Will definitely stay here again and will consider Leonardo hotels in other European cities as well!

Loved our stay here. Staff were so kind & helpful as I needed to make urgent phone calls & send a suitcase home. I didn’t want to leave. Location perfect. We walked almost everywhere: Schönbrunn, Stephansplatz, Volksoper. Got used to the streets & districts. Having station so close was wonderful as caught early train to Bratislava. Breakfast was terrific. Wish Virag all the best :)

Nice and modern hotel with specious rooms, very good breakfast but overall location, location, location.. 3 min walk from vienna hbf (15 min to the airport). 3 min walk from D tram station that will take to the city in 10 min, or if you prefer you can go to the metro station and take a short ride straight to Stefanplatz right at the center of the old city. Who could ask for more?

There was no clear communication or instructions on how to access the premises or rooms. There was nobody at the cafe to help or answer any questions. The note regarding the availability of someone at the cafe between business hours was a lie, as there was nobody at the cafe except during breakfast time, and they were more interested in collecting money for the breakfast than anything else. Breakfast was pathetic, rooms were small, dark, and dirty, and overall the experience was terrible. wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

Except for news channels, there were no English language TV networks. There was no smart TV. A leg was missing from a bed, but not repaired until 36 hours after notification. Room was not cleaned until after our 2nd night.
