Great location and services!

The front office needs to be tidy。I saw the restaurant check out desk was a mess. I was dining in one night, and they would took dishes or objects in front of me, but without asking me first, which is rude. The guys at front door area were nice but their uniform were loose and unfit, no spiritual expression. Plus , they were a little old, although this is not an important issue. The hotel check in and check out service were excellent. People were polite, efficient, and very accurate! I rate them the best! The room is nice with the view of the Taipei 101.

The staff were very professional and quick to any requests I made. The rooms were well-maintained and clean as well. Housekeeping was available anytime until even late at night. So it was convenient when I had to work from the hotel room the whole day.

We forgot our bag in our taxi back to the hotel without any information of the driver. The staffs are so nice to help us find the taxi by camera recording and we are so lucky to have our bag back.
