The room was great spacious clean, the public bath is amazing and the staff was very friendly. The only downside was the construction at the building right next to the hotel, and my room was beside it so my view was all constructions and noises in the morning. I wish the hotel offered some kind of compensation when they assigned me that room.

Room was beautiful and nicely appointed. It fit me and my daughter perfect for our girls only trip. The only inconvenience was taking a shower since the walls were all glass. We had to plan our showers since the other person had to stay on their side of the hotel room when the other showered. Staff was always friendly! The hotel was RIGHT next to the train station, making it so convenient! I will definitely stay here if I return to Taipei!

The hotel is in a great location as its a 2 minute walk to the closest MRT station (Zhongxiao Xinsheng) which is served by the Blue and Orange lines. You can easily walk to Huashan 1914 Creative Park and the Far Eastern SOGO Fuxing location which is also serviced by the Blue MRT line. The hotel is also a few stops away from Taipei Main Station where you can catch Taiwan Rail, High Speed Rail or MRT to Taoyuan International Airport, but we opt to have the hotel book us a car to the airport for $1300 NTD. The rooms were all well appointed with a mini fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine. Daily, the rooms were always stocked with complimentary water bottles. During our stay we also had several packages sent to us and we let the staff know about it. Once the packages arrived the hotel promptly notified us and asked if we needed assistance in bringing them to our room. We appreciate the hotel having "connecting rooms" in a sense that it was two rooms at the end of the hallway with a main entry door which required a keycard to get in and also the same keycard to get into the individual doors. We wish that there was a way to turn off the "hall way" light for the connecting room as we kept the doors open since our 8 year old boys had one room and the adults had another. Another thing about the main door, it would have been nice to have a better way to lock the door like the normal rooms at night. I highly recommend this hotel and area.

Amazing hotel with outstanding cleanliness and service. Great size room. Right beside a metro station which made transportation very easy. Great location with lots of amazing restaurants and shop nearby. The onsen included within the hotel is also a great perk and has amazing city views, the best way to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Could not recommend this hotel more!
