Hotel room has great view of Taipei 101. Staff are really nice and services are brilliant. Our trip was disrupted by the Heathrow closure, so was delayed for 1 day. The hotel team was brilliant and accommodating, allowing us to cancel one night despite very short notice. The location is walkable, but a little far from MRT station (~10 minutes walk).

The Shangri-La is always a winner. The staff is wonderful and speaks several languages. The hostess saw that my son had recently had a birthday and sent up a cake for him. The rooms are wonderful, a great place to relax, and it is well placed in Taipei. I can't wait to stay here again
